I’m not much of a traveller, but I do cherish quiet moments of exploration. Wandering through Taehyung’s hometown felt like stepping into a dream. It brought me a strange yet beautiful kind of happiness—I even found myself blushing at the thought haha. I especially enjoyed walking around Dalseong Park; it’s so serene and beautiful. Though I couldn’t help feeling a little sad for the animals there, I hope they’re okay.

I also finally visited V’s mural by China Baidu Vbar on the outer wall of Daesung Elementary School, Taehyung’s alma mater. It’s stunning! Since its installation in December 2021, it has become a popular tourist attraction in Daegu. Even the local government showed their support by partnering with China Baidu Vbar to extend the mural wall. The project added 25 meters to the original 33-meter panorama, transforming it into a 58-meter super-large mural.

As we approach 2025, the mural still stands strong—a beautiful testament to how deeply Taehyung is loved. 💜

Today, the awaited day has finally arrived—the birthday of our beloved Winter Bear. I had hoped to write a long letter, but in light of the recent tragedy involving Jeju Air Flight 7C2216, this moment feels especially poignant as I’m here in South Korea. My thoughts are with the victims’ families and friends during this difficult time. With the government declaring a mourning period until 4 January, I deeply respect the gravity of this moment.

In keeping with this solemn time, I’ll be celebrating V Day in a soft and subtle way, cherishing Taehyung’s special day while honoring the memory of those affected.
